POSITION SUMMARY
In order to enhance growth and take greater advantage of a strong regional industry position. Our client seeks a Director of Advertising and Corporate Communications to initiate and direct the development and execution of the strategic and conceptual objectives designed to leverage corporate brand equity and enhance product performance across a variety of financial products. This position is the protector of the banks brand image. The position enjoys high visibility and regular interface with the most senior members of management regarding advertising and press relations.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PRINCIPAL

POSITION SUMMARY
Business Intelligence Principal positions available in both Chicago and New York. Two related key functions: business development and case management. Business Development: Pro-active marketing of Business Development capabilities to corporate executives. Response to client opportunities through definition of engagements, proposals and negotiations. Case Management: Responsibility for delivery of product to clients, including finding and managing resources, quality control, managing budgets, client liaison, oral and written delivery.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Mid-level and up experience in diversified professional services environment, both on the delivery and marketing sides, including business consulting (strategic and/or marketing, non-technical); industry analysis; industrial (not consumer) market research; business and competitive intelligence based on live sources as well as data; other business and management research. Proven ability to interact with senior corporate executives in a variety of functions including CFOs, strategic planners and corporate development executives, line management (corporate, divisional and international), general counsel, etc. Established contracts in this marketplace are highly desirable. International exposure is essential, language ability valuable. Excellent presentation capabilities, rapid professional business writing.

 

VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING

POSITION SUMMARY
The position, Vice President, Marketing is new, and reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing. It was created as a result of rapid growth in the organization. The position will have a minimum of 3 direct reports.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
A business and marketing professional, with successful track record of leadership within a customer driven organization. 10+ years of marketing, preferably in the direct marketing arena; a high level of comfort with both mail and telemarketing methodologies. Keen negotiation skills and a history of creating strategic partnerships; articulate, aggressive and entrepreneurial. Solid analytical skills, must be PC literate. A true self-starter, team player and very strong work ethic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with solid management experience. Sharp, creative marketing mind, one who excels at "thinking out of the box."

 

MANAGER OF CONVENTIONAL PACKAGING

POSITION SUMMARY
In order to enhance its expertise in operations management and improve its packaging capability in preparation for a period of significant growth and an exciting consolidation, our client seeks an individual to fill the position of Manager of Conventional Packaging. The selected individual will function as the main management focal point for all day to day activities for this very active and rapidly transforming packaging department. The successful candidate will have responsibility for all conventional packaging operations and will be responsible for setting production goals, providing leadership and assisting employees through the implementation of skill based performance criteria. They will also play an integral part in the planning and implementation of on-going improvement projects both from a technical/mechanical perspective and a human resource perspective.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
A minimum of ten years practical manufacturing experience, including several years in direct line supervision preferably in several applicable disciplines. Experience within a fast-paced packaging environment. Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and FDA regulations and how to apply them in a practical manner will be considered a plus. Have an interest and acumen for dealing in a technical/mechanical environment. Individual with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and provide superior results while dealing with changing priorities. Ability to manage projects, establish timelines, organize resources, monitor progress, deliver on time and on plan.

 

MEDICAL DIRECTOR, ONCOLOGY

POSITION SUMMARY
In order to enhance its medical expertise in the field of oncology and take full advantage of an exceptionally promising development pipeline, our client seeks an individual to fill the newly created position of Medical Director, Oncology. The selected individual will function as the prime medical expert and a key member of the multi-disciplinary oncology team and will be the key interface between clinical research constituencies, research, marketing, and the scientific and medical communities.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
A minimum of five years practical oncology experience, including the direct treatment of patients in the clinical setting. Board certified physician. Solid scientific knowledge in the field of oncology, with a strong preference being given to individuals possessing experience in either one or more specific cancers, particularly lung, colorectal, or ovarian. Should be a known and respected member of the oncology community. Experience or high level of interest in the ethical pharmaceuticals business. Individual with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and provide superior results while dealing with changing priorities. Ability to achieve a proper balance in blending business goals with medical considerations.

 

PARTNER, TELECOMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA

POSITION SUMMARY
In order to meet the challenge of future change and growth, the Northeast Region seeks a Partner for the Telecommunications and Media Industry practice. The area of specialization for this key position is Information Technology, within the Telecommunications and related industries. While the Northeast Region extends from Philadelphia to Boston, the Partner will ideally be located in either the New York City or northern New Jersey offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and Deliver telecommunications and media engagements in the Northeast Region that will enhance the firm's knowledge in this area. Develop add-on and extension business with existing clients. Develop new business opportunities within the Northeast Region Organize and plan the firm's and client resources, performing problem solving and project execution within project guidelines and budgets. Development of staff to enhance problem solving and technical capabilities in the telecommunications and media environment. Communicate with clients, peers and partners in other practices around the country, contributing to the continuing growth and knowledge base of the National Telecommunications and Media Practice

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
At least ten (10) year's of experience delivering information technology solutions within the telecommunications and media industrries, with a minimum of five years in a consulting enviornment.  Specific project experience in one or more of the following : billing, customer care, provisioning, and operations. A keen intellect and superior analytical skills combined with experience in managing information technology methodologies in the telecommunications and media environment. A demonstrated record of career advancement with increasing levels of responsibility, within a consulting environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to operate effectively in teams and complex organizations. Undergraduate and graduate technical degree, technical certifications, MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required for this position. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
